We truly cannot say enough amazing things about E3 and the Dan Rafferty Band! From start to finish, our experience was absolutely incredible.

Several of our wedding vendors recommended them, and after watching their performances online and hearing so many wonderful things about Derek, we had high expectations. After our first call with the team, we knew they were the perfect choice!

My husband and I are huge music lovers, especially live music, so choosing the right band was one of the most important decisions of our wedding. We could not have been happier! Working with Kelsey, Connie, Derek, and the entire band was such a pleasure. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, accommodating, and genuinely fun to work with. We even had the chance to see them perform at Billy's Tip N Inn before our wedding, which made us even more excited for our big day!

Since we had a Sunday wedding, it was especially important to us to have a band that could bring the energy and keep everyone dancing. Derek and the band absolutely delivered! They were phenomenal performers, looked incredibly sharp, and kept the energy up all night. One of the most special moments was when they welcomed my husband onstage to sing "Brown Eyed Girl" to me. It is a memory we will cherish forever!

If you are considering the Dan Rafferty Band for your wedding, BOOK THEM! Truly one of the best decisions we made for our entire wedding day.

Derek was our MC and was absolutely incredible. From introductions to speeches and everything in between, he was fantastic. We had so many guests tell us he was the best MC they had ever seen at a wedding!

During dinner, we had their jazz trio play and WOW, such a vibe and the perfect atmosphere. Then the full band took over for the rest of the night and the energy was unmatched. Our dance floor was NEVER empty. They were so interactive with our guests, kept the energy high all night, and even three weeks later, people are still talking about how amazing they were.

I also loved that when the band took a break, the party never stopped because Derek  stepped in as the DJ,  and he was legitimately mixing, not just playing a playlist!

On top of all of that, Derek  was amazing to work with leading up to the wedding. He was so communicative, listened to all of our requests (and there were a lot!), and completely understood the vibe we wanted.

We truly could not recommend Dan Rafferty Band enough. They were a HUGE part of what made our wedding so much fun and we would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Dont even bother checking out anyone else. Derek Rafferty ( DRB )  and his band just absolutely CRUSHED it for my daughters wedding. The energy level was off the charts, had everyone on the dance floor and he just commanded the room. An incredible Pro, the musicians and singers were amazing. Everyone that attended just cant keep talking about them. I REALLY CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THEM ! . Thank you making her night so incredibly special. 5 Stars is way too  low

We truly cannot say enough amazing things about the Dan Rafferty Band! They played our 09/04 wedding, and they were hands down one of the highlights of our entire day. We had people calling and texting us all week afterward absolutely raving about the band — the music, the energy, and how much fun everyone had on the dance floor. They kept the party going all night and made our reception completely unforgettable.

The jazz trio during cocktail hour was also such a perfect touch. They created exactly the atmosphere we were hoping for and set the tone beautifully before the reception even began.

Connie was also incredibly helpful throughout the entire booking and planning process. She made everything so easy, was organized and responsive, and helped us feel completely confident leading up to the wedding.

One of our favorite memories of the entire weekend was getting up on stage and singing with the band at the end of the night. It was such a fun, spontaneous moment that we’ll never forget!

From the planning process to the final song of the night, our experience with the Dan Rafferty Band was incredible. They brought so much talent, energy, and fun to our wedding, and we would recommend them over and over again. We already wish we could do it all over!

Working with E3 Detroit for my wedding (and welcome party!) was an absolute dream. We specifically worked with First Call, and our band leader was Mark, and the team was FANTASTIC. They were incredibly responsive to my song requests and actually adhered to them throughout each event. We hired them for our wedding, and later we asked if they could provide a sound system for our welcome party and they offered to handle music and the PA system for it. Their communication was seamless from start to finish. Not to mention that our dance floor was the talk of the town! Mark (who is both a singer and professional DJ), and his 11-person band, tore up the dance floor. They were walking into the crowd with their singing and instruments and it really hyped everyone up! We received so many compliments. Mark was also an excellent emcee and his transitions between key speeches/dances throughout the night were flawless. I had the best experience with First Call Crew as my wedding band. They were great to communicate with during the planning process and asked very thoughtful questions to curate a taste profile so that they could match the energy we were looking for on the dance floor. On the day of the wedding, they provided music for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. All met the moment in exactly the way we hoped for and more!

We loved their high energy performance on stage and ability to engage the crowd. There wasn't a dull moment on the dance floor the whole night!

My wife and I had an absolute blast at our wedding. E3 Detroit did a wonderful job of entertaining our guests! We highly recommend booking with E3 Detroit.

We were fortunate to have selected DJ Jayme Orr who could play guitar, sing, and drop it down on the DJ booth! She played amazing music during the cocktail hour sing/guitar playing hit songs on acoustic guitar.

The first call band literally made our wedding. Mark was so easy to work with and took all my requests and made the night perfect, this included editing first dance songs to make them perfect.
